Start With What You Need

How much does your website need to do?

Start simple when simple is enough. Add booking, lead generation, research and infrastructure only when the business actually needs it.

These prices do not stack. Each level represents a more involved project starting point. We choose the level that fits what you’re trying to accomplish.

Business Website / Development Coordination

Beth Home Health

A WordPress business website delivered through my development network when the project called for a platform and development path beyond what I should build directly in Carrd.

My role centered on project management, developer coordination and moving the website from business need to delivered implementation.

Practical by design

I don’t need every project to use the same platform. The tool should fit the job.

Manage

Built is good. Handled is better.

Launching the website doesn’t mean you should have to become the website manager. For qualifying projects, I can stay involved after launch to help keep the digital side maintained, current and working the way it should.

Ongoing Web Management

Someone still has to keep the digital side moving.

Websites change. Offers change. Links break. Services evolve. Domains renew. New content needs to go live.

When it makes sense, I can remain involved so those things don’t automatically become another item on the owner’s personal to-do list.

Built around the actual need

Ongoing management options are being tailored around each client’s actual needs rather than forcing every business into the same subscription.

Grow

When the website isn’t the real problem.

Sometimes the business already has a website. Sometimes building one is only the first step. When the real constraint is visibility, conversion, tracking or what happens to an opportunity after it arrives, I work further upstream and downstream.

Find the Opportunity

Figure out where the opportunity actually is.

I look at what customers are searching for, what competitors are doing, where the market is crowded and where there may be a better path to compete.

  • Market research
  • Competitor research
  • Search / SERP mapping
  • Local search
  • Offer positioning
  • Service prioritization
  • Geographic prioritization

Build the Path

Make discovery lead somewhere useful.

Once the opportunity is understood, the next job is creating a clear path from attention to action — without making the customer work to understand what to do next.

  • Website strategy
  • Landing pages
  • Conversion architecture
  • Messaging + copy
  • Calls-to-action
  • Forms
  • Lead qualification

Connect the System

Don’t let the opportunity disappear after the click.

A lead is only useful if it reaches the right place and the business can understand what happened next. I help connect that operational layer where it makes sense.

  • Tracking
  • Webhooks
  • Lead ledgers
  • Routing
  • CRM / workflow connections
  • Attribution
  • Reporting
  • Lead operations
The operating path

Research Positioning Search Conversion Capture Routing Measurement

The website is sometimes the answer. Sometimes it’s just one part of the answer.

If the real constraint is demand, visibility, conversion, lead handling or measurement, we can work on that problem instead of pretending another redesign will magically fix it.

For Restaurant Owners

Sometimes the better solution already exists.

Not every business needs another custom-built system. For qualifying independent restaurants, I can also evaluate whether an introduction to my contacts at Owner.com may make more sense than building the entire restaurant stack from scratch.

Specialized Restaurant Option

The right answer matters more than selling the same build twice.

If the restaurant is a good fit, I can help identify the opportunity and make the introduction.

Owner.com provides and implements its restaurant platform. My role is helping determine whether that path makes sense and connecting the opportunity when appropriate.

Local Example

Sharkies on the Beach

I identified the fit and made the introduction for the Surfside restaurant. Its Owner-powered digital experience includes a restaurant website, direct online ordering, rewards and app-based ordering.

Availability, fit, eligibility and platform terms are determined separately. An introduction does not guarantee acceptance or specific results.

About

Strategy first. Build what actually helps.

I came into digital work from the business side rather than traditional development. That means I naturally look at websites a little differently.

I spent years in performance-driven, customer-facing work where trust, follow-up, reputation and revenue had immediate consequences. That made me interested in more than whether something looks good.

I want to know what happens before the click, what happens after it, and whether the thing we build actually helps the business move.

That has pulled me across market research, local search, website strategy, Carrd, HTML/CSS, conversion, integrations, lead tracking and working with specialized developers when a project needs more than I should build myself.

Sometimes simple is right

Not every business needs a giant marketing engagement. Sometimes the right answer is a clean professional website that makes a legitimate business easier to understand, trust and contact.

Sometimes the problem is bigger

If the real issue is demand, positioning, visibility, conversion, tracking or lead handling, the website may only be one piece of the job.

Platform follows the job

Carrd is one of my primary production tools because it keeps many projects fast and lean. When a project genuinely needs another platform or deeper development, I can coordinate with specialized developers instead of pretending one tool should do everything.

My job is to understand the difference — then build around the actual need.
